Ordering
When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed within 3 business days of payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Delivery times vary by region:
1. Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Indonesia (Free shipping on orders over $49 USD.)
5-7 business days after dispatch.
2. France, Canada, UK, Spain, Germany, Australia , Belgium, Mexico, Sweden, Poland, UK (Free shipping on orders over $59 USD.)
7-12 business days after dispatch.
3. USA, Turkey, Italy, Denmark (Free shipping on orders over $69 USD.)
10-15 business days after dispatch.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store pickup at this time. All orders must be shipped to the provided address.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Returns & Refunds
What Is Your Return Policy?
We only accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive damaged during transit or have quality issues. If your order is damaged or has a defect, please contact us with photos, and we’ll assist you right away.
My Item Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?
If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us immediately with photos of the damage. You can choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or have a replacement sent at no additional cost—no need to return the damaged product.
How Long Does It Take to Process a Refund?
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
